Refund and Returns Policy Lahore Blooms

We keep it simple: if something isn’t right, we replace or upgrade free—and if we can’t fix it in time, we refund. This policy covers bouquets, flower jewellery, wedding room décor, and barat car décor in Lahore.


Our Guarantees (quick view)

  • Price-Beat: Show a written quote for the same design/specs within 7 days and we’ll beat it or upgrade free.

  • Quality: If the order doesn’t match the approved prep photo, or arrives damaged/late, we replace/upgrade free.

What’s covered (eligibility windows)

  • Fresh flowers (bouquets & décor): report issues within 4 hours of delivery/install (send clear photos/video).

  • Flower jewellery (fresh or artificial): report within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Late beyond window: if we exceed the agreed 2–5h window and can’t meet your event need, you may choose replacement/upgrade, reschedule, or refund.

We share a prep photo on WhatsApp before dispatch/install; that photo is our quality benchmark.


What’s not covered

  • Different/unclear specs vs. the quoted item (e.g., lower flower grade or smaller size in the competitor quote).

  • Damage after hand-over due to heat/direct sun, storage, handling, or venue rules.

  • Custom rush jobs where you approved substitutions in WhatsApp.

  • Normal wilting after the first few hours in high heat.


How to start a claim (fast path)

  1. Message WhatsApp +923284817634 with your name, number, area, and photos/video of the issue.

  2. We verify in 15–60 minutes during 9am–10pm.

  3. We replace/upgrade immediately where possible, or refund if a timely fix isn’t feasible.


Replacements & upgrades

  • If flowers/design don’t match the approved prep photo, we replace ASAP or upgrade (better blooms/extra elements) at no cost.

  • For décor installs, our team returns to correct issues; we also share a final photo after setup.


Refunds (how they work)

  • If we cannot replace/upgrade within your needed window, you can opt for a full refund.

  • Bank transfer within 1–3 business days after approval (we’ll request account details on WhatsApp).

  • For COD, we coordinate pickup or an adjustment; where pickup isn’t practical, we process bank transfer.


Price-Beat details

  • Provide a dated written quote (message, invoice, catalog link) issued within 7 days that shows design, size, flower/material grade, and total price.

  • If specs truly match, we beat the price or upgrade free on your order.


Exchanges

  • We don’t “exchange” perishable items after delivery, but we replace/upgrade if quality is not as promised.

  • Artificial jewellery can be adjusted if unworn and reported within 24 hours.


Gifts & third-party recipients

  • If you sent a gift and the recipient reports an issue within the time window, we coordinate directly with them for replacement/upgrade or refund (you’ll be kept informed).


Shipping returns / sending items back

  • Please do not mail items back. Perishables and décor are handled by our team.

  • Where pickup is required, we’ll arrange it; otherwise we’ll resolve via replacement/upgrade or refund with photo verification.
