Terms & Conditions — Lahore Blooms

These terms explain how we provide flowers and décor in Lahore, how payments and deliveries work, and what our guarantees cover.

1) About us

Lahore Blooms — online florist & décor service (bouquets, flower jewellery, wedding room décor, barat car décor).

2) Services we provide

  • Bouquets (hand-tied, message card included).

  • Flower Jewellery (mehndi/mayon/bridal — fresh or artificial).

  • Wedding Room Décor (on-site install).

  • Barat Car Décor (traffic-safe, paint-safe mounting).

  • Add-ons (chocolates, balloons, cards, lights) where offered.

3) Ordering & confirmation

  • Orders are accepted via WhatsApp/phone or directly on our website (where enabled).

  • We confirm price, time window (typically 2–5h), and share a prep photo for approval (where applicable).

  • An order is considered confirmed after you approve the price/specs (and, if requested, pay any advance).

4) Prices, quotes & availability

  • Prices shown or quoted include the design as described; delivery/installation fees are shared on WhatsApp and depend on the area and access.

  • Seasonal availability: minor substitutions (same value/grade) may be proposed if specific flowers/accessories are unavailable. We will seek your WhatsApp approval for any meaningful change.

  • We may correct obvious pricing errors; if you don’t accept the corrected price, we’ll cancel and refund any advance.

5) Payments

  • COD (cash on delivery/installation) and bank transfer (send screenshot to confirm).

  • Certain custom/rush jobs may require a partial advance.

  • Invoices/receipts are available on request.

6) Delivery & setup

  • Standard windows: 9–12, 12–3, 3–6, 6–10 (same-day 2–5h).

  • Coverage: DHA, Gulberg, Model Town, Johar Town, Cantt, Bahria, Valencia & nearby (fees vary by area).

  • On-site setup (room/car décor) includes safe installation and tidy finish. Please arrange access/permissions/parking in advance.

7) Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate address, reachable phone/WhatsApp, and any access instructions (guards, lifts, parking, venue rules).

  • After delivery/hand-over, keep flowers away from heat/direct sun; for vehicles, avoid locking in hot cars.

  • Be available in your selected window or nominate someone to receive.

8) Changes & cancellations

  • You can request edits/cancellation before prep begins.

  • After prep starts (or materials are allocated for décor), cancellation may incur a charge to cover costs.

  • If we cannot accommodate your requested change, you may cancel and receive a refund of any advance.

9) Guarantees (summary)

  • Price-Beat: show a written quote for the same design/specs within 7 days—we’ll beat it or upgrade free.

  • Quality: if the order doesn’t match the approved prep photo, or arrives damaged/late, we replace/upgrade free or refund if a timely fix isn’t possible.

10) Refunds & replacements

  • If we cannot replace/upgrade within your needed window, you can opt for a full refund.

  • Bank transfer refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval.

  • For COD, we coordinate pickup/adjustment; if pickup isn’t practical, we process a bank transfer.

11) Photos, approvals & content use

  • We share prep/final photos for quality confirmation.

  • We may feature photos of our work (not your personal images) on our site/socials to show real projects. If you prefer we don’t use photos from your order, tell us on WhatsApp and we’ll respect it.

12) Liability limits

  • We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme traffic, road closures, security checks, weather, building restrictions).

  • Our total liability is limited to the order value. We do not cover consequential losses (e.g., venue costs, event penalties).

13) Prohibited or restricted orders

  • We reserve the right to decline orders that are unsafe, unlawful, or not feasible (e.g., restricted venues, hazardous mounting).

  • Car décor is installed using paint-safe methods; we won’t proceed with requests that risk damage.

14) Intellectual property

  • All site content, product texts, and photos are the property of Lahore Blooms (or used with permission). Do not copy or reuse without written consent.

15) Privacy

  • We handle your data per our Privacy Policy.

16) Disputes & governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  • Any disputes should first be raised on WhatsApp or email so we can resolve quickly. If unresolved, local courts in Lahore shall have jurisdiction.
